Quietex™ Stem Bumper This unique designed over-molded bumper features the sound dampening properties of our Quietex™ Bumper and a special cruciform designed stem for eases of installation and increased retention. The part installs in a 0.197 (5mm) diameter hole with a minimum depth of .375 (9.525 mm). The Quietex™ top design is a special durable Thermo plastic natural color material. The stem design is a natural color polypropylene. Both materials are Rohs compliant.

Ultra Thin Adjustable Shelf Clip This new innovative clip is manufactured in a clear UV stabilized polycarbonate material and supplied as one piece. The Ultra thin design provides ultimate strength to be used with standard KCMA .125" (3.175mm) undersized shelves. It provides 5 vertical positions of adjustment at .250" (19.05mm) intervals and accommodates up to 3/4" (19.05mm) thick shelving. Available to fit 5mm or 1/4" mounting holes.

Features:

  • Part snaps in from the front side of a panel with a low profile head.
  • Latch mechanism allows strap to be release and reinserted for multiple uses.
  • Retaining tabs secure unused strap eliminating the need to cut off excess.
  • Snaps into a .375 (9.525mm) diameter hole with a panel range of .045-.100 (1.143mm-2.54mm)
  • Secures bundles up to 1.75 (44.45mm)
  • Part can rotate a full 360 degrees in hole.
  • Material is a Black Heat-stabilized Nylon 66, UL94 V2 Flammability and is Rohs compliant.
